About the founder
Meet Veda Jackson
A financial fixer, operations strategist, trainer, and practical AI transformation partner.
Veda Jackson is the founder of Build And Elevate Solutions, where she helps solopreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations replace operational confusion with clear strategies, stronger financial systems, practical technology, and sustainable paths for growth.
Her career spans more than two decades across finance, accounting, operations, customer service, leadership, and professional training. Veda holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership positions including Controller, Financial Operations Manager, and Customer Service Manager.
Her extensive experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to operate a successful organization—from managing people and improving the customer experience to strengthening accounting systems and helping leaders make informed financial decisions. Veda also brings specialized experience supporting nonprofit organizations. She understands the unique financial and operational responsibilities nonprofits face, and the need to balance mission impact with financial sustainability.
As technology continues to reshape the way organizations operate, Veda has expanded her work to include AI consulting, adoption, automation, and training. She helps clients identify practical ways to use AI, select the right tools, streamline repetitive work, strengthen marketing and lead-generation processes, and prepare their teams to use new technology confidently and responsibly.
